Position Type: Part-time, Saturdays only

Salary: Competitive daily rate plus mileage and incentives.

Job Description: We are looking for a personable and professional Saturday Viewings Assistant to join our dynamic team here at our Horsham branch in The Carfax. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in property, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Saturday Viewings Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings and ensuring potential buyers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about the properties and answer any questions.
• Represent Mansell McTaggart in a professional and courteous manner.
• Liaise with the office team to coordinate viewings and provide feedback.

Requirements:

• Must live locally in Horsham and have a good knowledge of the area.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.
• An interest in the property industry is a plus.
