Location: Mansell McTaggart Brighton
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday and including some Saturdays (with day in lieu).
Salary: On Target Earnings c£20,000-£40,000 with commission and incentives.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our expanding network in Brighton & Hove. The ideal candidate will assist in the buying and selling of properties, offering our clients an exceptional service and expertise throughout their journey with us. You will work closely with the team and our clients to understand their needs, provide insights, and facilitate successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the property transaction process.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare and present offers to clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated.
• Assist in closing deals and handling the necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property records.
• Handle inquiries and correspondence related to property transactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Strong understanding of the local property market.
• Personal drive and a passion to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Full, valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
