Join Our Team as a Junior Photographer.

Location: Crowborough, Lewes & Uckfield

Type: Full-time Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.

NB: Flexibility will be required, as on days where no photography might be needed, you may be asked to accompany our buyers on property viewings!

The Opportunity:

Are you a creative and motivated individual at the start of your photography career? 

We are looking for a Junior Photographer to join our dynamic team and help push our business forward. This role offers the chance to learn and grow within a supportive environment, gaining valuable experience and become an integral part of the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Visit our properties and take a multitude of highly composed, professional photographs to be used in property brochures, on our website and on property portals.
  • Edit the photographs for the best possible result, that make our properties stand out from the crowd.
  • Assist in developing and producing fresh, high-quality content for our social media platforms. 
  • Support the development and implementation of our local marketing strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • An education or experience in photography.
  • Short and long-form video production and editing skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Experience with graphic design tools.
  • Skills in using a drone for aerial footage.
  • Videography skills.
