Join Our Team as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist.
Location: Haywards Heath/Lindfield/Cuckfield, Mid Sussex
Type: Full-time Monday to Friday (plus 1 in 4 Saturdays) and split between Haywards Heath, Lindfield and Cuckfield branches.

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help push our business forward. This role offers the chance to learn and grow within a supportive environment, gaining valuable experience in digital marketing and become an integral part of the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Using specialist prop-tech tools (for example, Rightmove & Spectre) to identify lead and prospect opportunities (training provided).
- Assist in developing and producing fresh, high-quality content for our social media platforms.
- Support the development and implementation of our local marketing strategy.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Assist in managing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google and YouTube.
- Help create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.
- Collaborate with the other digital marketing team members to ensure content aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Following up on completed property sales with a request for Google reviews, managing replies and publishing for engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- An education or experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
- Short and long-form video production and editing skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- A creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Experience with graphic design tools.
- Skills in using a drone for aerial footage.
- Photography skills.
