Crowborough is a traditional market town nestled at the edge of the Ashdown Forest in the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty.
This historic and popular town is situated at the second highest point in East Sussex and grew from the merging of a number of villages and hamlets. It is the former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and a statue within the town celebrates its most famous literary resident.
